If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) or request a refund within 30 days of receipt of your order by contacting customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Since the majority of our products are hand-crafted, many items will vary slightly in color, size and other particularities from what is shown.
Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping fees may apply. Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. If the order was a gift, we will issue store credit for the entire amount of the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom merchandise may not be returned unless there was an error during manufacturing.
Please contact the retailer where you purchased Oil Packets directly should you desire to return them.
Damaged or defective items should be reported to us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please do not ship damaged products back to us without obtaining prior authorization to do so. We will either issue a refund or ship replacement items.
Should you find an item missing from your order, please first check the packing slip to make sure the item is not backordered. If we have made an error in packing your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us at email@example.com. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If you order has already, shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please follow the instructions for RETURNS.
To exchange items in your order, please first follow the steps under RETURNS. Then, you will need to log back onto our website and purchase the desired items in a new order.
Shipping time depends on where we are shipping to and the shipping class selected by the customer. In-stock orders typically ship within 24 hours of receipt on business days or the next business day if received on a weekend or holiday.
